Returns and Exchanges
All returns or exchanges must be made within 90 days of purchase. We do not accept returns on special order items, custom clay, raw materials, large equipment, open or used items. Receipt must be presented for refund to be made.

We do our best to deliver a consistent product by using the best materials available. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the ceramic materials and mining processes, a degree of the quality is not within our control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee 100% consistent results. If there is have a concern about the clay please bring it to our attention as soon as possible. We reserve the right to issue refunds or exchanges of defective clay on a case by case basis.
Order Pick-up Policy
Orders must be picked up within 30 days unless otherwise is communicated to staff. Orders left past 30 days may be subjected to cancellation.
All special orders must be paid in full, at the time of the order. Drop shipping is available on some items. Once confirmed, there are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges on any special order items. Customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the item ships on one of Rovin’s bulk orders and/or the customer agrees to pick up items from store location.
Raw Material Orders
Looking to make your own clay or glaze from scratch? Most of the raw materials we carry are available in 50 pound bags but we are happy to weigh out custom quantities to the nearest lb. Place your order no less than 24 business hours before your desired shipping or pick-up date. Please Review our FAQ for further information on lead times.
If you need your weighed-out materials same-day, there will be a $5.00 weigh out fee applied to each bag of material ordered.
