This is a talc-based, low-fire school clay body with good throwing and hand-building properties. Compatible with the Rovin Bright Ice & Soft Touch low-fire glazes and underglazes as well as most low-fire commercial glazes at cone 05-06. Artists can also add Mason Stains at 5% to 10% to create a pastel clay body. Contains no grog.
Firing range is cone 08 to cone 1
Shrinkage at cone 06 is 8.6% and at cone 1 is 10.95%
Absorption at cone 06 is 11.0% and at cone 1 it is 6%
