Due to the recent announcement from Governor Whitmer, Rovin is able to resume curb side service. We are thrilled to be able to offer a way to get clay in the hands of our wonderful customers again! The following information contains all the details you need to know if you are interested in placing an order. Though we are excited to return to work, our order processing and some store policies have temporarily changed in order to keep staff and customers safe, and comply with CDC recommendations. Thank you all for your support, patience, and cooperation through these uncertain times.

  • 500 lb clay quantity limit per order due to limited staffing (it's just Sarah here!)
  • Under no circumstance will any customer be allowed inside the store.
  • All orders will need to be prepaid via phone or online store before pick up. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME.
  • Returns and exchanges will be postponed until Rovin can fully open again. All qualifying purchases that can be exchanged past the standard 90 day return window are transactions dated no earlier than Dec 1st 2019.
  • Rovin will not be arranging freight deliveries (shipped clay orders over 200lbs) until we are fully open again.

  • Orders may be placed through our online store (select 'Pick up at retail location' at check out and include estimated pick up date/time in the notes) and via phone or email.
  • Email orders should include name of clay, number of boxes or pounds, your first and last name, phone number, and your desired pick up time. Note: it is not required, but encouraged to place your order at least a day in advance of your desired pick up date.
  • For now we will have customers load their own clay if they are able, however, if you would like your clay loaded for you and/or are not able to lift heavy boxes, please include this information in your order and Sarah will be happy to load your clay when you arrive.
  • If Sarah is loading your clay for you, you will be asked to park your car in front of our garage door, open your trunk, and stand at least 6 feet away while your clay is being loaded.
  • When you arrive, your clay order will be waiting for you with your name on it, on a cart or pallet on the sidewalk outside of our red garage door. Small orders of tools or glazes will be placed in pick up bins outside of our front entrance. You will be given the exact location of your order via email or phone through the order process.
  • A receipt will be attached to your order or emailed to you depending on your preference.
