Explore a new way to create rich decorative surfaces with Terri Kern’s approach to visual narratives on functional and sculptural forms. This workshop takes a two-tiered approach to ceramics by focusing on both surface embellishment techniques and design development. Students will learn surface techniques such as design transferring, underglaze painting and blending, and wet sgraffito. Terri will share a wealth of information on her studio practice and business strategies.
